An epic second chance romance with angst and heart!

This was a wonderful, feel-good story about second chances, instant connections and childhood sweethearts. I really enjoyed this story and the journey of youthful innocence to adult desire was done so well. This book will give you all the feels and give you great characters to fall in love with. I liked Rebecca’s take on the rocker image and the second chance romance. I could feel all the emotional entanglements of youthful lust turning into adult desire and it all felt believable and organic as Dante and Sean find their way back to each other. There was a lot of angst and false starts early on and a fair bit of back and forth but once they finally realized what they meant to each other there was no stopping them! I loved that this book is set in my hometown of Brisbane and enjoyed the Australian setting. This book is a great opener to this new series and I look forward to seeing where Rebecca will take us next!!! A great take of a rocker romance!!
