Just wanted to say Thank You!.png

It’s my bloggerversary!!!

A year ago this month I started my blog.

It started as a place to record my reviews, make notes on this new genre to me and find new favorite authors and stories that would go on to change my life!!

I have learnt so much about myself and I am beyond thankful for all those who have helped me, supported me, and answered my random questions, put up with my fangirling and enjoyed my reviews.

I’m still learning about myself but finding these books and this genre led me to the LGBTQIA+ community and it is in this community that I feel like I’ve found a place. I am proud to be part of this community as a queer person and I thank you for all being so welcoming.

I can’t believe it’s only been a year, but at the same time, I feel like I’ve lived through several in just this one! I’ve grown so much over this year.

So much has happened:
▪️ I have re-ignited my love of books
▪️ Found a home in this genre and community
▪️ Came to understand myself as a queer person regardless of my current circumstances (i.e. married to a cis man, doesn’t make me any less queer)
▪️ Made new friends from all over the world
▪️ Been able to find employment with something I love to do and can do well

While this year has had so many hits and challenges I’m so thankful for what I’ve been able to discover. I feel stronger for it.

I love this community, genre, books and thank everyone who’s been along for the ride! Thanks for joining me; you’ve helped me more than you even know!!

My month to month reads from this wonderful (somewhat insane) year…
