Cold cases, old enemies, ex-lovers, and vengeful spirits—will Simon and Vic solve the case or become the newest ghosts of the Grand Strand?

Blurb

Cold cases, old enemies, ex-lovers, and vengeful spirits are making life dangerous for psychic medium Simon Kincaide and his boyfriend, homicide detective Vic D’Amato.

The ghosts of Myrtle Beach are restless, trapped by love, secrets, scandals, and spells, keeping Simon busy protecting the living from the unhappy dead. Someone from Vic’s past is out to destroy him and everyone he holds dear, and the high-profile trial of the first case Simon and Vic worked together puts them in the spotlight – and put a target on their backs. As a deadly trap closes around them, can Simon and Vic tie up the loose ends to stop the threat, or will they become the newest ghosts of the Grand Strand?

Another whirlwind story I couldn’t put down!

I love Vic and Simon and they’re back for a new adventure. Their relationship is stronger than ever but from the start of this story someone is out for revenge and odd things keep happening, that could ruin Vic’s reputation, life, and bond with Simon. Thankfully this is a solid couple and thanks to you Morgan for actually including real trust and communication in a story. When a Grindr date confronts Simon, the story could have gone the way of many other stories beforehand but thankfully Morgan honored Simon and Vic and showed that communication and trust make for a solid foundation!

I was intrigued from the opening sentence, totally hooked halfway through, and then on the edge of my seat as the core of the story unfolded! I love the depth and understanding these characters have and feel outraged at Simon’s family, I feel love and acceptance from Vic’s and mate-ship and understanding from Ross. Morgan has created a dynamic and wonderful found family and I love the interconnected worlds of all her books and this one totally hooked me until the end. I can’t wait for more from this world, Morgan and Simon and Vic, hopefully soon!

Exceptional narration too!
