Exclusive Excerpt:
“Be calm now. I’ve still got you,” his alpha murmured by his ear.
Ezer quivered, pleasure pulsing. How could words make him come? Heat was terrible, and amazing, and he rode the torrent of it for another blissful moment.
“That’s it,” his alpha said. “Give me everything.”
Ezer moaned and convulsed, tingling all over with pleasure. As he calmed again, he wanted to tell the man to shut up, not to say another word, but his order was stopped cold by the realization that he had no idea who was inside him at all.
“I’ll take care of you,” the young man whispered. “I’ll take care of you always. Be calm now, Ezer. Calm.”
The ocean waves visible through the window were rolling and tossing, sparkling under the pale sun. Ezer rested in the muscled arms of this quiet alpha boy and waited for his sanity to return. Surely it would, wouldn’t it? Between waves of need?
As the knot inside softened, and finally slipped free, sanity took its place.
With an anxious twist in his stomach, Ezer pasted on a hesitant smile, and turned to take in the face of the alpha whose seed now filled him and whose child he might soon carry.
A flash of memories tumbled through his mind: shoves and pushes, kicks and taunts, and the force of a boot against his chest for a long, agonizing moment.
Ned Clearwater stared down at him with a hopeful, anxious expression.
Ezer clapped a hand over his own mouth to keep in his scream.
